2. Product Use & Limitations

Our e-bikes and accessories are engineered for personal urban transportation, wellness commuting, and light recreational usage. We prioritize safety and longevity, and to maintain both, we expect users to adhere to responsible practices.

Usage Guidelines:

  • Products are not intended for heavy-duty commercial applications or fleet rentals.
  • Do not alter or tamper with the motor, battery, or internal electronics.
  • Use the product as intended — on paved roads and designated cycling paths.
  • Comply with local traffic laws and safety standards.
Important: Any misuse, unauthorized modification, overloading, or commercial rental of the product will void the manufacturer’s warranty and may compromise safety.

3. Payments

We strive to make payments secure, flexible, and convenient. All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment Methods Accepted:

  • Razorpay Gateway (secure and encrypted)
  • Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
  • Major Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
  • EMI Options (based on eligibility and location; subject to lender approval)
  • We do not store card or payment data. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment partners with robust encryption.

4. Test Rides & Orders

We encourage users to book test rides to experience our e-bikes firsthand. However, please note the following:

Test Rides:

  • Booking a test ride does not guarantee product reservation or immediate availability.
  • Test rides are offered at select cities and are subject to schedule and inventory.

Orders:

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment or successful EMI approval.
  • An order confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS.
  • Product images shown on the website are for reference only. There may be minor visual variations in color or finish due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
  • In the rare case of unavailability after payment, we will notify you promptly and offer options including a refund or alternative product.

5. Intellectual Property
