We believe in the quality and durability of every e-bike and accessory we craft. Our warranty policy is designed to protect your purchase and ensure a worry-free riding experience. Please review the following terms to understand what’s covered, what’s not, and how to make a claim.

1. What’s Covered?

Our products come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.

E-Bike Warranty:

  • Frame: 2 Years (against structural damage or welding issues)
  • Battery: 1 Year (for battery capacity or charging issues)
  • Motor & Controller: 1 Year (covers manufacturing defects only)
  • Charger: 1 Year (against failure under normal usage)

Accessories Warranty:

  • Electronic Accessories (Camera Holder, Mobile Holder, etc.): 6 Months
  • Non-Electronic Accessories (Helmet, Seat Pouch, Side Mirror, etc.): 3 Months
  • All warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.

2. What’s Not Covered?

While we’re confident in our products, the following scenarios are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or collisions
  • Unauthorized modifications or tampering with internal components
  • Water damage from riding in heavy rain or submerging the product
  • Wear and tear (brake pads, cables, tires, paint, grips, etc.)
  • Improper maintenance or lack of service
  • Commercial or rental usage (warranty is void if used for delivery or rental fleets)

Battery warranties do not cover:

  • Swelling due to overcharging
  • Battery failure due to lack of use for prolonged periods
  • Charging with unauthorized chargers

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you suspect a defect and your product is within the warranty period:

Submit Proof: Share clear photos/videos of the defect.

Diagnosis: Our support team will guide you through a remote check or direct you to a local service partner if available.

In some cases, we may request you to ship the product or part back to us for inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the product needs to be sent to our service center unless otherwise specified by our support team.

  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs: We provide paid repair services and original replacement parts.
  • Battery Replacement: Available even after warranty, priced affordably.

5. Warranty Registration (Optional but Recommended)

To ensure smooth claims and faster service, we recommend registering your e-bike and accessories on our website within 7 days of delivery.
